Our take
I used these foam and vinyl dumbbells for water aerobics, and they were pleasant. The adjustable weight feature is nice—you can fill them more or less for desired resistance. At 6 inches, they're easy to grip. Being made in the USA gives me some confidence. For $29.99 for two, it's a fair price. The only downside: they're light even fully filled, so not for intense resistance training. But for gentle pool workouts, they're comfortable and effective.
